In October 2021, the total cost of the Our Hospital project was £804 million, of which £619 million related to construction costs. Since then, inflation will have increased these costings. What are the current working assumptions of the likely cost of the project?

Response

The approved budget of the project is set out in the Outline Business Case, found on page 79, section 4, paragraph 4.7.2 New Build Option.
