What is the current amount of Proceeds of crime confiscated funds between August 2019 and July 2022, and what is the breakdown "by individual case." 

This question follows 06 September 2019, where the following was published by the Freedom of Information office about the Proceeds of crime confiscations (FOI)

Amount confiscated - From November 2017 to July 2019, £6,708,097 was confiscated.

Response 

Information is publicly available on www.gov.je in response to a previous Freedom of Information request dated 27 April 2022 which included figures up to March 2022.  Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.

Article 23 - Information accessible to applicant by other means 

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
