Response

1) Information relating to question 1 for the years 2011 to 2014 is published and available on the States of Jersey Police website:

General performance reports on the States of Jersey Police website

The 2015 report will be delivered to the minister in March and published shortly after that.

The published reports follow UK National Guidelines and no gender or ages are reported.

This is to prevent the possible identification of those registered.

2) The States of Jersey Police understand that only one Child Protection Order has been issued under Art 11.4 of the Sex Offenders (Jersey) Law 2010.

This order is still current and was issued to a person over the age of 18 years.
