Red paint has been applied on La Grande Route de St Jean on the entry to the 20mph limit at Sion Village.
Please provide details of the risk assessment undertaken in relation to the application of this paint in this location, with particular regard to the impact on safety for two-wheel road users.
The implementation of the colour highlighted 20mph roundels recently installed to emphasise the speed limits at Sion is governed by the Road Safety Audit Policy.
The Road Safety Audit (RSA) policy was followed, and the screening assessment concluded than an RSA was not required as detailed in the attached RSA policy Form A.
Scheme design drawings and supporting data have also been provided.

3) In determining for the purposes of this Article whether the lawfulness principle in Article 8(1)(a) of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 would be contravened by the disclosure of information, paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 2 to that Law (legitimate interests) is to be read as if sub-paragraph (b) (which disapplies the provision where the controller is a public authority) were omitted.
