Could you please provide the Name and Expiry dates of existing Computer Aided Dispatch systems, Patient Transport System and Mobile?

Response

The States of Jersey currently use C3 Alert for emergency computer aided dispatch and C3 PTS for patient transport. This is supplied by MIS Emergency System Limited. The registered office is at Charnwood House, Gadbrook Business Centre, Rudheath, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 7UG.

The current contract term ends on the 31 March 2018 with an option to renew.

In regards to mobile working, all ambulances are fitted with global positioning.
