Clarification requested

Q1

It has been ascertained by the department that, due to the way that the transactions are recorded, it is not possible to provide a breakdown of expenditure with the Jersey Evening Post, by department, for advertising alone.

We are, however, able to gather data on the expenditure with the JEP, by department, which may also contain purchases for services provided by the JEP other than advertising, for example: departmental subscriptions to the JEP online service.

Prior to us considering which / if any exemptions apply to this data, please could you confirm that you would like us to proceed with responding to the above question on that basis?

Clarification received

That is perfect thanks

Response

Q1

The attached table provides data on the expenditure with the JEP by department. This data may also contain purchases for services provided by the JEP other than advertising, for example: departmental subscriptions to the JEP online service.
