Minutes for Havre des Pas Improvement Group meeting

The minutes of the meeting of the Havre des Pas Improvement Group held on Thursday 13th February 2025 include the quote below (in a paragraph titled 'Proposals for new St Helier skate park'):

"Toby from I&E presented South Hill skatepark proposals and circulated a leaflet. It was confirmed that this group [Havre des Pas Improvement Group] forms part of the stakeholder engagement programme."

As this leaflet has still not been sent to residents living near to the site of the proposed skate park, please provide the following:

A digital copy of the leaflet which the officer from the I&E Department circulated to persons present at that meeting;

Copies of any notes prepared by the I&E officer for the purpose of addressing the aforementioned meeting on 13th February 2025.
