I request access to all records, documents, files, police reports, court materials, forensic and psychiatric reports, prison records, and any administrative correspondence related to Edward Paisnel (also known as “The Beast of Jersey”). This includes, but is not limited to:  

Records of arrest, investigation, trial, and conviction. 

Forensic and psychiatric evaluations. 

Internal correspondence or communications between authorities regarding the case. 

Official press releases or public statements issued by law enforcement or government authorities. 

Records concerning his imprisonment, release, and death. 

Any subsequent reports, assessments, or analyses referring to this case within Jersey’s historical or criminal context. 

I also request any documents or materials that are not publicly available online, and that were created, received, or held by Jersey authorities in connection with this case.
