I would like to request a copy of the recommendations from the UK National Crime Agency regarding the Operation Panama, involving the incident involving Mr A Lynch.

The request is declined:

The report and recommendations made in January 2016 by the National Crime Agency are absolutely exempt from disclosure under Article 26 A(2) (n) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

As stated by the States Police in the previously published Freedom of Information response on the disclosure log to the request titled, 'National Crime Agency report (FOI)': "The report contained 13 recommendations relating in the main to Major Incident procedural issues – all were adopted by the Senior Investigating Officer."
