Information with regards to costs of disciplinary actions are not recorded within the States of Jersey, as such we are unable to provide a response to parts A and B of your request.

Information provided below is a ‘snap shot’ of cases recorded within the States of Jersey from 1 June 2015 to 1 September 2016.

Due to certain disciplinary outcomes having low numbers, Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied. 

As a result of this, outcomes have been consolidated to prevent the possibility of identifying an individual:
