Request

The answer to this request:

Flight to South Africa (FOI)

Published on 16 August 2016 states that "No other States members or officers were on the same flight to South Africa as Mike King and Wayne Gallichan as part of the delegation to Mining Indaba 2016."

But the question did not refer to the Mining Indaba 2016.

The question is "Which other States officers and politicians were on the same flight to South Africa as Mike King and Wayne Gallichan".

Can you please confirm if any other States officers or politicians were on the same flight to South Africa as Mike King regardless of whether or not they were part of the delegation to Mining Indaba 2016?

Response

Information about the flights booked by officers and politicians during the time period refered to in this request was published as part of the Review of Travel Policy and Recommendations for Improvement published on 10 June 2016.
