Probation and After-Care Service

The Jersey Probation and After-Care Service (JPACS) provides a high quality information service​ to the parishes, courts and prisons.

We supervise offenders to:

  • reduce re-offending
  • allow restitution
  • protect the public

The Jersey Family Court Advisory Service serves the Royal Court in family proceedings and matters concerning children. We provide reports and advice which represent the best interests of the child.
