Désastre (bankruptcy) checks

List of désastres declared available online

Current cases are listed in both alphabetical and chronological order on this website.

We'll ensure that any new declarations “en désastre” will be added to this list within two working days of such declaration (most declarations being made on a Friday). Searches using this facility are, naturally, exempt from charge.

We will show that a désastre has been discharged or settled and the record of it will be removed, three months after the date of discharge/completion.
