Summary

​​The National Cancer Intelligence Network (NCIN) within Public Health England (formerly South West Cancer Intelligence Service) has assisted the cancer registration process for the Channel Islands since January 1996.
 
This is the 10th annual report from this service to incorporate data for Jersey and Guernsey.
 
Data for Guernsey, the South West of England and, for the first time, the whole of England, is provided for comparison for the prevalence of 21 cancer sites or types.
 
This report is an update using 2007-11 data for cancer incidence and mortality.
