Summary

This document is intended to provide Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) for the development of Jersey’s Waterfront. In particular it is intended that this advice and guidance will enhance and supplement that policy within the Island Plan, 2002 which addresses the future development of the Waterfront (BE4).
This document must be used in conjunction with the draft Supplementary Planning Guidance in relation to tall buildings.
