Summary

​​This report sets out the Service's performance and achievements for 2008.

Using information recorded about every incident we are called to, the Service analyses and monitors its performance against key targets and strategic performance indicators.  Our performance is measured against both local and UK national standards.  The report also celebrates the achievements in 2008 of our staff and of the Jersey Fire and Rescue Service as a whole.
