The Review of Personal Tax (Stage 1): Data Analysis was published on 27 March 2017. As part of this Review the following papers were produced by the Treasury and Resources Department:

  • Workstream 2: a paper providing an analysis of the number and type of personal income taxpayers
  • Workstream 3: a paper outlining legal and policy considerations around the (dis)incentivisation of profit retention
