Concerning the International Finance Centre development building IFC 5, St Helier, Jersey:

[Name redacted] has been commissioned to undertake a landlord’s environmental review of the above referenced site (see plan attached) and to establish if there has ever been any petroleum storage on the site. Please would you provide the following information where available:

Are there any records of petroleum storage at or in the immediate vicinity of the site, either in above ground or below ground tanks?

If yes:

A

How many tanks were there and what was their capacity? Please provide a plan showing the tank locations if possible.

How long were the tanks in use / known to be present on site?

C

What is the current status of the tanks? If they have been decommissioned by filling, please detail fill material.

D

Are there any known leaks or spills associated with the tanks?

E

Are there any records of integrity testing? If so when was this undertaken and what were the results?

Please provide any additional information on the site eg in relation to petroleum storage, diesel storage or any other substances, where available. If you have any queries, or there is a charge for this information, please contact me as soon as possible and prior to any work being carried out.
