The Public Registry holds copies of all Royal Court property contracts. During the period stated there were 46 sales. You will be able to view further information on all by searching the Registry using the search term ‘Public of the Island’
Health and Community Services were named beneficiaries of six properties held within trusts. The amount attributed to them is set out in the last column of the table below.
With regard the remainder of the funds, we are unable to provide information regarding what the money was spent on as these funds are transferred into the Government of Jersey’s (GOJ) consolidated fund. The consolidated fund is split into an operational portfolio of cash and a long term asset portfolio and the GOJ use this to pay for on-going work and one off projects.
