Summary

​The first of these 2 reports sets out the results of the high-level review of the effectiveness of existing terms and conditions of service across the States of Jersey. This is one of the 6 major reviews in response to the Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR).

The second report into the review was conducted by a steering group.

The reviews are designed to identify potential savings and to support management teams to develop innovative ways of reducing costs.
