Summary

In 2008, the Economic Development Minister commissioned a review of the Jersey Consumer Council with the support of its Chairman. The terms of reference included reviewing the operations, effectiveness, structure, constitution and functions of the Council with reference to the special characteristics of the Jersey market place. The report was presented to the Minister in September 2008.
