This final report presents the recommendations of the Jersey Assisted Dying Citizens’ Jury, along with background information, including detail on the methodology for the citizens’ jury process. 

This report contains the views, ideas and questions shared by jury members during jury sessions and the voting process undertaken. It does not seek to interpret the information, other than grouping it into relevant themes. Instead, it presents the thoughts of the Jury members as they deliberated the question “Should assisted dying be permitted in Jersey, and if so, under what circumstances?”.
