The Citizens’ Assembly on Climate Change made a series of recommendations for the States Assembly answering the question “How should we work together to become carbon neutral?”
These recommendations were published in the report by the States Greffe Achieving Carbon Neutrality: Report of Jersey’s Citizens’ Assembly on Climate Change.
This report sets out the Minister for the Environment’s updated response to these recommendations following the publication of the Carbon Neutral Roadmap.
