Summary

​This report has been produced by the Independent Planning Inspector, Phillip Staddon who was appointed by the Minister for the Environment to hold a public inquiry in Jersey. 

Following the public inquiry which ran in May 2023, Philip Staddon produced a report for the Determining Panel’s (DP) attention. The report outlines recommendations on whether the planning application, PP/2021/1969, relating to the development of South West St Helier Waterfront should be approved or refused. 

The cost of this report is to be officially confirmed.
