Summary

​​This is the eighth Annual Report for the Judicial Greffe and the Viscount’s Department to be
produced in combination and is for the year 2010. It records the level of core operational and
administrative activity within the Departments and also comments upon Strategic, Management,
Human Resources, Information Systems and associated issues. This Report also reviews matters
of Performance Management, a tool which is being enhanced across the Departments’ activities.
