​The Carbon Neutral Roadmap was agreed by the States Assembly in April 2022. It committed Jersey to an ambitious greenhouse gas emissions reduction trajectory and detailed a set of policies for the first delivery period from 2022 to 2025. Spend was allocated to these policies from the established Climate Emergency Fund.
