Summary

​​The JTSF 2011 annual report contains the following highlights:
  • during the year the JTSF decreased in value by over £17.4 million, resulting in a value of £302.6 million at the end of the year
  • over the year negative returns from the Fund’s investments in stocks and shares were partially offset by positive returns in the Fund’s bond and property investments
  • the last actuarial valuation was conducted at the end of December 2010 and the results are due to be reported in 2012
  • the average pension paid from the JTSF during the year was £14,500
