The States decided in March 2011 to establish a Committee of Inquiry into historical child abuse in Jersey.

The Council of Ministers commissioned Verita to: ​

  • seek the views of interested parties about the purpose, manner and conduct of a Committee of Inquiry

  • produce a report with recommendations
