Summary

​​In June 2009, the States approved the Strategic Plan 2011 to 2014 which set the framework for the development of public policy for Jersey for the following five years and beyond. The plan also set a number of key priorities and included a number of indicators which the States believed would measure their success.

The 2011 Annual Performance Report reports on performance against the indicators approved by the States for each of the Strategic Plan Priorities. It also reports at departmental level on the detailed service efficiency and effectiveness indicators set out in the 2011 Annual Business Plan.

A new Strategic Plan was agreed by the States in May 2012.
