Summary

​This report is the result of a public inquiry, conducted by independent inspector Alan Langton, which took place on 25 and 26 September 2012 and invited representations from the public in relation to the planning application. 

In his inspector’s report, Alan Langton recommended that the Minister approves the planning application, subject to certain obligations and conditions.
