Decision(s):

In accordance with Standing Order 168 (1)(ca) the Minister decided, as recommended by Jersey Property Holdings, to enter into a lease renewal for a one month period for the 1st Floor Trinity House, 30-34 Bath Street, St Helier.

Reason(s) for Decision:

Renewal of the lease represents appropriate and effective management of States property.
