About the Housing Policy Development Board
The Housing Policy Development Board has been established to examine the housing market in Jersey and to develop comprehensive proposals that improve the supply, affordability, access to, and standard of housing in the island.
These proposals will be considered for incorporation in and delivery via the Government Plan, the Island Plan 2021-2030, and other delivery strategies as appropriate.
The work of the board will be published throughout 2019 and a final report will be published by April 2020.
The Board will produce a final report with its findings to the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers. The report, as well as other supporting pieces of work, will be published here.
