Not all contract opportunities are listed, as it depends on contract value and confidentiality.
Where to find tender opportunities
You can find out about new tender opportunities either by signing up to the procurement portal or by checking the Jersey Gazette section.
Responding to a tender opportunity
You'll first need to register as a supplier and provide information about your organisation.
You can then respond to a tender opportunity through the Channel Island Tenders website.
The procurement process
The procurement process will be managed differently depending on the contract value, type and opportunity.
They can either be led by the managing department or the Corporate Procurement team.
All bids are subject to an evaluation process.
Unsuccessful bids
If you’re unsuccessful in your bid, you can ask for a debrief which tells you why your bid wasn't successful.
You won’t be given any information on other parties’ bids.
Feedback about the procurement process
If you have feedback during a tender process, you can submit comments through the Channel Islands Tender website.
If you have any feedback after a tender process, you can submit comments to the procurement team.
