About The ITS Programme
ITS stands for Integrated Technology Solution.
The ITS Programme is enabling Government of Jersey colleagues, partners and suppliers to deliver effective public services for Islanders.
It will transform core government functions and the way we manage and deliver our Commercial, Finance, People, Asset Management and Inventory resources.
It is replacing outdated and unsupported legacy systems by delivering and embedding a modern, fit-for-purpose technology solution and best-practice processes that are fit for future generations.
These changes will enable colleagues to work efficiently and effectively and simplify how we work alongside suppliers.
The resulting benefits will lead to better public services and a confident, motivated workforce.

What ITS means for suppliers
Supply Jersey is being replaced by SAP Ariba. This will happen in mid 2022. We will communicate key dates and how we will support you through this change over the next few months.
SAP Ariba will enable more efficient management of orders, invoices, payments and the upload of catalogues.
The implementation of Ariba will improve the way suppliers do business with the Government of Jersey, simplifying and standardising the way we work together. Later phases of the programme will focus on how new tenders are managed and our contract management processes.
The Government will fully support you through the transformation, ensuring there is no interruption in your ability to transact with us.
Please note, nothing will be changing until mid 2022 and you should continue to use the current purchasing and tender systems until advised otherwise.
We will provide you with more information on the ITS Programme and Transform Jersey initiatives, which we will begin issuing soon.
Support for suppliers
We will provide full engagement, training and support for our suppliers on the transition to SAP Ariba, to ensure there is no interruption in your ability to transact with us.
E-learning will be provided. We will also provide quick reference guides and other support material.
We will guide you in how to create your Ariba account and ensure you are signed up to supply us. For some suppliers we will ask you to get set up in advance, for others, this requirement will happen when you receive your first order, via email.
If you are an existing Ariba user, we do not need you to advise us in advance. As an existing Ariba user, your transition to using it to Supply Government of Jersey will be simplified.
Further guides, training materials and details concerning onboarding, types of Ariba account to use, dates of change and more will be provided by our dedicated team and added to this website over the next few weeks and months.
