The Minister for the Environment, Deputy John Young, has called a Public Inquiry into the planning application for;
Broadlands, Le Mont Fallu, St Peter, JE3 7EF
Change of use of Field P712 from haulage, waste management and recycling facility to residential use in connection with development to construct 19 No. two bed and 5 No. three bed dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. Change of use of Field P714 and P715 to agricultural. Alter land levels and create pond to Field P715. Create access track to South of Field P714. Alter vehicular access onto Le Mont Fallu.

When the Inquiry will commence

Due to the Coronavirus and restrictions on travel and the holding of public meetings, the Inquiry has been postponed.
In the circumstances, the Inspector has extended the deadline for the submission of Proofs of Evidence until 5.00 pm on Friday 27th March 2020. In the coming weeks, we will be liaising with the parties to assess and determine a new timetable for the proceedings.
