Alan specialises in intensive care medicine, perioperative medicine and acute pain.

Training

Alan graduated from Southampton University Medical School in 1998.

He completed his junior doctor training rotation with the Wessex Deanery. A year of his training was in Jersey in 2005. He continued his contact with the island by regularly anaesthetising Jersey patients in our tertiary referral centres of Southampton and the Royal Bournemouth Hospitals.

In 2008 he completed his training and was appointed a substantive consultant anaesthetist at Jersey Hospital.
