- provide more intensive care when you need it

Accessing our services
Most people are referred by their GP or another health professional.
If you need help in a crisis, call the crisis line on +44 (0) 1534 445290. You don’t need a referral. Find out more on how to

You can refer yourself directly to
Jersey Talking Therapies (JTT). JTT is a free and confidential service for adults aged 18.
We work from many locations. Check your appointment letter or email for the date, time and location.

Get a repeat prescription
If medication is part of your treatment, your doctor will usually give you a repeat prescription during your appointment. You can also request a repeat prescription outside your appointment.
In both cases you’ll need to collect your prescription from the
hospital pharmacy.
If you need a repeat prescription outside your appointment, request this at least 7 days in advance. You can either:
Your doctor may need to review your medication before they can issue a repeat.
You should contact the hospital pharmacy 72 hours after you made the request to check if your medication is ready.
