Empty homes are a wasted resource and can harm the character and quality of our environment, leading to issues such as crime and antisocial behaviour. 

We would like to hear about properties that are: 

  • no one’s sole or main residence
  • not actively undergoing construction or renovation
  • unoccupied for a minimum period of 12 months
