Accessing your account
You'll need to enter your 8-digit card number without the ‘JEP’ prefix. You can find this number on the back of your library card.
To log on for the first time select ‘Reset PIN Number’.
Log in to your Library Account
If you forgot your password or haven’t set one yet, select ‘Reset PIN Number’.
With your online account you can:
- view borrowed items
- renew loans
- reserve items
- track reservations
- view loan history
- personal information management
- download digital resources
