Proposed Changes to the Building Bye-laws (Jersey) 2004

Following a period of public consultation on proposals to amend the building bye-law requirements relating to access to, and the use of buildings, the Minister intends to make new Building Bye-laws.

A copy of a draft of the proposed Building Bye-laws Adobe PDF Logo can be viewed here and copies can be obtained from the Department.

The Minister invites written comments in respect of the draft which should be returned as soon as possible and in any event no later than Friday 22 June 2007.
