Victoria Avenue Resurfacing Works Section 1: Bel Royal to La Rue du Galet

The essential road maintenance work on Victoria Avenue between Bel Royal and La Rue du Galet will be starting next week, Tuesday 8 April for a period of 10 weeks.

To minimise disruption to traffic, the road will be open for the morning and evening peak hour traffic and the work will take place in the daytime under lane restrictions and in the evening under road closures. During evenings lane restrictions will apply to Westbound traffic and the Eastbound traffic will be diverted at the Bel Royal bus cross over on to the Inner Road as far as Rue du Galet.

Motorists are asked to allow extra time for their journey, especially when travelling to the airport to catch flights, and use St Peter’s Valley as an alternative route where possible.
