Review of social housing

The Housing Department wish to seek views on the issues raised and options presented in the Review of Social Housing Report prepared by Professor Christine Whitehead from the Cambridge Centre for Housing and Planning Research.

The 12 week public consultation is launched on Monday 19 October 2009, and will assist the Minister for Housing to develop specific proposals that will be taken to the States for debate.

The Housing Minister, Senator Terry Le Main, said, "Professor Whitehead's independent review has set out a number of options and we are very keen to hear the views of all Islanders but in particular current and potential States tenants."
