Minister publishes report on States Members' police files

15 July 2010

The Home Affairs Minister has published a report into the role of the Chief Officer of Police, Graham Power, in the creation and maintenance of personal files on States Members, known as 'Operation Blast'.

The report was produced by the Chief Constable of Wiltshire.

The Wiltshire Police were originally nominated by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary to complete the disciplinary investigation in relation to the Haut de la Garenne investigation.

They were later asked to deal with the investigation into Operation Blast.
