Business Tendency Survey published

The Business Tendency Survey (BTS) for December 2011 has been published today by the States of Jersey Statistics Unit.

The latest report shows that in December 2011, the headline all-sector Business Activity Indicator was -13 percentage points (pp), implying that the proportion of businesses in Jersey reporting a decline in business activity compared with 3 months previously was 13 pp greater than the proportion reporting an increase. Half of all businesses reported ‘no change’.
