16 October 2012

The Chief Minister, Senator Ian Gorst, has issued the following statement concerning allegations that were made in 2010 and were subsequently referred by the former Chief Minister to the States of Jersey Police.

Senator Gorst said:

“Allegations were made in 2010 against Mr Terence Le Main, who was at the time a States Member. The former Chief Minister referred the matter to the States of Jersey Police.
