Following national guidance the formal Proclamation of the King will be announced on Saturday 10 September in London.
In line with Devolved Administrations and the other Crown Dependencies the Proclamation in Jersey will take place at noon on Sunday 11 September in the Royal Square.
The ceremonial events will include the following parts:
12:00 Special Sitting of the States Assembly to receive the Proclamation, read by the Bailiff.
12:30 Public Proclamation ceremony in the Royal Square.
12:50 Registering of the Proclamation in the Royal Court.

The public proclamation will be led by the Bailiff and will consist of representative groups including members of the States Assembly, members of the Royal Court, senior Civil Servants, members of the Blue Light and Home Affairs departments, Veterans of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces and uniformed cadet organisations.
