The Student Finance offices will move from Bermuda House to Eagle House from Monday 6 June.This relocation follows Student Finance's move from the department for Children Young People, Education and Skills (CYPES) to Customer and Local Services.
The process for applying for Higher Education funding from Student Finance will remain the same: applicant will need to complete the online 'HE1' form on the Government of Jersey website.
The only change is that all paper documents submitted from June 6 will need to be sent to Student Finance, Customer and Local Services, PO Box 55, La Motte Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 8PE. Any future changes to the process will be made clear in the application process.
Customers will not notice any changes in the short term and any developments in the future will be communicated within the application process.
Group Director for Customer and Local Services, Steve Jackson, said: "We welcome Student Finance and all of its customers. Acting Head of Service for Skills Jersey, Stuart Penn, said: "Moving the administrative function of Student Finance to the established customer service infrastructure of CLS is a welcome move. I am confident that this is the right move for modernising our services provision."
