Health and Care Jersey are pleased to announce the launch of a new volunteering programme. This initiative offers Islanders the opportunity to contribute their time, skills, and compassion to support patients, families and visitors.
No previous medical experience is required, just a caring heart and commitment to make a difference. Volunteers will receive training before starting and will also be given ongoing support to ensure they feel confident in their roles.
Volunteers will not only make a difference in the lives of others but also gain personal growth, new skills, and make meaningful connections.
Applications are now open. For more information or to apply, please visit www.gov.je/VolunteerHCJ
Shannon Corbally, HCJ Deputy Head of Patient Experience said: “We are thrilled to launch this new volunteer programme, which will allow Islanders to make a difference and give something back to our community. This initiative is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to offer their time, skills and passion. I encourage people to apply and join our volunteering team."
