The Government of Jersey is delighted to announce the annual celebration of Jersey Children’s
Day will take place on Sunday 12 July 2026.
The free and fun event, to be held in Howard Davis Park again, is dedicated to recognising and
celebrating the Island’s children and young people and advocating for their well-being and
rights.
Support for Jersey Children’s Day continues to grow with thousands attending every year as well
as hundreds of volunteers from charities and community groups helping to provide fun and free
engaging activities alongside youth performers throughout the day on stage.
Children’s Day was established following a recommendation by a Citizen’s Panel that
responded to the Independent Jersey Care Inquiry.
Jersey Children’s Day offers a wide range of activities and events for children and families
across the Island. From educational workshops and fun games to live performances and
interactive exhibitions, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
