Revenue Jersey is reminding Islanders that the Easter break is an ideal opportunity to complete and submit their 2025 personal tax returns. Filing early helps avoid last minute pressure, ensures ITIS rates can be updated in good time, and reduces the risk of late filing penalties (which increase over time).
You could join the 12,000 Islanders who have already filed online and the 12,500 who have submitted paper tax returns.
Paper tax returns must be filed by 31 May, and online tax returns by 31 July. Islanders who have not previously filed online should ensure they have activated their onegov account and set up their digital ID, as verification can take time.
Support remains available through online guidance, short how to videos, and telephone assistance for both the tax return process and onegov account activation.
